Post offices or pick-up points
Currently only available in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Parcels are kept at post offices for 5 calendar days.
Pick-up on site

The courier may ask you to help unload parcels heavier than 31.5 kg.

When will I receive my parcel?
Once you have paid for your shopping basket, our sales staff will rush to pack your goods. Once the seller has packed and handed over the parcel to the courier service of your choice, you will receive an email with a tracking link. By clicking on the link, you will be able to track the journey of your parcel.
If you order several items from different sellers, you will receive them in separate shipments at different times. You will be notified by SMS when your parcel reaches the post office or collection point of your choice.
Delivery price and time depends on:

- Product weight and dimensions
- Selected courier service or postal service
Damaged parcel - what to do?
When you receive your parcel, please inspect the packaging. If you notice that the parcel is damaged:
- • We recommend that you refuse the shipment
- • Notify the courier to complete a damage report
- • Take photos of the damage
If the damaged parcel is accepted without remarks, it will be deemed delivered undamaged.

Electronic banking
Pay for your shopping basket using the e-banking systems of these banks:

• Once you have chosen one of the banks listed, you will be redirected to their online system where you can log in.
• Once logged in, you will receive an automatically generated order form for payment, which you just need to confirm.
Klix payments from your bank account
It is a fast and secure payment method that allows you to pay for your online purchases.
To make a payment, select your bank, log in and confirm your payment.
Klix is a secure bank payment originator providing a service in accordance with the European Union's Payment Services Directive 2007/64/EC (PSD 1).
VISA, MasterCard, Maestro cards
You can pay for goods in advance with VISA, MasterCard, Maestro credit and debit cards with secure online payment options.
This can be activated in your online bank by entering your cardholder details, card number, expiry date and CVV code.
The amount of the order will be immediately debited from the card account.
Klix Pay by card
Klix Pay by card is available for VISA and Mastercard payments.
When making a payment for the first time, the buyer can agree on the payment form that the card details will be saved in the Klix app.
If you agree to save your card details, you will be able to pay faster the next time you use Klix on any website, as your card details will already be automatically filled in.
The Klix card payment system is compliant with the Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
By bank transfer
Only users with company details in their account can pay by bank transfer.
In this case, the order number must be indicated in the payment destination.
If an invoice is required, you can find it in the order information.
